L'Shammah Home Care Agency expects you the employee to represent the agency in a professional manner on the job, in the clients home or at an appointment.
On employees first assignment you will be introduced to client and family
Employees are required to address the client by their last name unless the client request otherwise (Mr. Jones or Mrs. Jones)
Employee must be neatly dressed wearing name tags at all times on the job
Employee must always make the clients feel comfortable during any form of contact with the client.
Review your care plan with the client and give them the assurance that you are there to do your best to make them feel comfortable
