L' Shammah Home Care Agency requirements for employment

  • L'Shammah Home Care Agency expects you the employee to represent the agency in a professional manner on the job, in the clients home or at an appointment.

  • On employees first assignment you will be introduced to client and family

  • Employees are required to address the client by their last name unless the client request otherwise (Mr. Jones or Mrs. Jones)

  • Employee must be neatly dressed wearing name tags at all times on the job

  • Employee must always make the clients feel comfortable during any form of contact with the client.

  • Review your care plan with the client and give them the assurance that you are there to do your best to make them feel comfortable
